The Perfect Diaper Bag?

I am in search of the perfect diaper bag. I need some help. I don't want to spend $100 for a diaper bag but I need one that isn't so girlie so Rob can carry it around and not feel like a dork. I need one that has lots of pockets so I can be more organized. I'm sick of not being able to find anything because there is only one big pocket and nothing has a place. I would also like to find one with thermal bottle compartments. HELP! To all you moms, please give me some suggestions!
